are we getting old?

As I was driving into work the other day a radio station was playing oldies. They had the typical 50s oldies and then all of a sudden James Taylor was in the mix. Is that really oldies? It was a high school station, so I guess to them it is.

Then while watching some TV, a commercial came on about a CD set out for Dave Matthews Band. They used the phrase "all the classics from Dave Matthews." Classics? Are we getting that old now that Dave Matthews is considered to have classics already?
